The microphone was 'off' for a little while during the summer holidays but we are back with a special episode of the podcast 'Small Talk Big Firm' as it marks the closing episode of the first season. On 'The Buddy Experience' two associates of the Liedekerke law firm, Ruben Dewulf and Sam Niyonzima share their experiences both about when they were new joiners in need of some guidance in a new working environment as well as when they take on the 'buddy' role within the firm.
